All pickups take place every Wednesday after 9:00 AM. Your bag must be outside your doorstep before 9:00 AM to ensure it is ready when our team arrives.

Your clean, folded laundry will be returned within 24 hours of pickup in the same SKIP Laundry bag.

If your bag is not outside when our team arrives, we may be unable to complete your pickup that week. We recommend putting your bag outside Tuesday night or before 9:00 AM Wednesday morning.

Yes. Please use the SKIP Laundry bag you are provided for every weekly pickup. This helps us securely identify, transport, and return your order.

Your regular SKIP bag is intended for standard washable clothing and eligible laundry items. Delicates should be placed in your Delicates Bag, and bedding should only be included when you have purchased or subscribed to Refresh Cycle.

We'll send you SMS (text) updates throughout the process, including when your laundry has been picked up and when it has been delivered.

No worries! Replacement bags are available for purchase on our website. You'll need a SKIP Laundry bag for your weekly service, so be sure to order a replacement before your next pickup.

Our Delicates Bag allows you to separate underwear and other personal or delicate items from the rest of your laundry. Place those items inside the Delicates Bag and include it with your regular SKIP Laundry bag. Your items will be washed and dried, but not folded, before being returned inside the same Delicates Bag. You can request a Delicates Bag when you initially subscribe. If you forgot to select one during signup, just email us and request one.

In order to mitigate the risk of misplaced or lost items, we do not currently offer the option of an air dry in order to ensure your clothes stay together. We recommend you avoid putting items that cannot be machine-dried in your skip laundry bag.

Refresh Cycle is our bedding service. It allows you to include a complete bedding set for professional washing, drying, and folding without dealing with bulky bedding in the laundry room.

Refresh Cycle is available as either a weekly subscription or a one-time add-on.

You can cancel your SKIP Laundry subscription, but cancellations must be submitted at least one week before your next billing cycle. This gives us time to process the cancellation before your upcoming renewal.

Cancellations submitted less than one week before the next billing date may not take effect until the following billing cycle.
